• Excavated and prepared foundation and framing for addition, removed necessary windows, siding, soffits, and roofing
• Removed interior walls per plan, removed all kitchen cabinets, back-splash, and flooring in first floor bedroom and bathroom
• Updated kitchen includes custom maple cabinetry, painted white with center island in cobalt blue with stainless steel undermount sink, granite countertops on all and white ceramic-tile back-splash, and new walk-in pantry
