Kitchen Renovation with Wall Removal
Our March Remodel of the Month features a closed kitchen renovation. The owners of this home wanted to open up the space, create more storage and better workflow in the kitchen, and update the look overall. The finished result is a bright, open floor plan with higher ceilings and lots of natural light, smart storage solutions in the kitchen, and an attractive, fresh contemporary look overall.

Details of This Remodeling Project:
- Removed wall between kitchen and living room, removed all cabinetry, flooring, and windows in kitchen and dinette
- Removed existing ceiling over living room, kitchen and dinette and installed sloped ceiling
- Reframed opening for new window in kitchen and sliding patio door in dinette
- Framed walls for corner pantry
- Updated kitchen features custom-built maple cabinetry, new corner pantry, island with extended snack counter, under-mount Swanstone sink, and HD Laminate countertops
- Installed new LVP flooring in kitchen and dining room to match living room
