Now that the painting of our remodel is complete, our crew is now ready to install the flooring, window / door trim and cabinetry. This stage of the renovation is exciting, as it is close to being complete, and the home owners can start to see the home come together.
Installing New Flooring
New floor coverings in the unit consist of a combination of carpeting, ceramic tile, and luxury vinyl planking... and engineered flooring product that looks like hardwood, and is durable, waterproof, and easy to maintain.
New custom cabinetry is installed in the bathrooms, living room entertainment area, and the island bar adjacent to the dining room. The kitchen features granite countertops with tiled back splashes.
Painted hardwood baseboard and door and window trim finish off the new look.
Be sure to stop back next month to tour the home after construction has been completed for the final reveal.
