Jon and I are so pleased with the addition PortSide Builders completed for us last year. We needed more space and were so pleased that Joe was able to help accomplish more than we ever expected. He listened to or plans and gave us what we hoped for and more. When we struggled with certain design details he helped by encouraging us to visit some finished PortSide homes in the area. His suggestion helped us visualize and decide how we wanted to design our fireplace as well as place windows for maximum light. Joe was eager to help but always listened and followed our lead. We are so proud of the results and owe him a great deal of the credit. Without his patience and experience we would never have had the outcome that we love.

PortSide was the perfect builder for us. I recognized them from years of seeing their name about the Peninsula but I wondered if PortSide was too big of a company to want to bother with single home construction without a splashy budget. I was dead wrong. I want to thank the PortSide team for completing our large, 1,000+ Sq/Ft remodel. It has exceeded our wildest expectations. This was a large undertaking touching many aspects of our home and it was completed with attention to detail and with understanding to our families schedules and routines during construction.
