PortSide Builders Considered Essential Business and Will Continue to Operate Under "Safer at Home" Order
Like most businesses, we at PortSide Builders continue to follow the developments of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we are taking steps to ensure we do our part to help slow the spread of this virus.
Under the state’s “Safer at Home” order, which took effect March 24th, the construction industry is classified as an essential business and will continue to keep operating. As such, we will continue to follow relevant local and federal guidelines in our offices and on our job sites, and are working collaboratively with our customers and partners to manage this unprecedented situation.
Currently, our offices and Design Centers are closed to visitors until the Safer at Home order is lifted, but we are all available via phone, email or video chat during normal business hours.
As we navigate COVID-19, we are mindful of the social and economic impacts our response to this situation can have on PortSide staff, subcontractors, suppliers, customers and our communities.
These are unprecedented times, but if we all do our part, stay strong and diligent, we will get through this together.
