Kitchen and Living Room Remodel
In this remodel project, a traditional, knotty pine cottage kitchen gets a contemporary upgrade. Additionally, the owners of this home wanted to open up the space between the kitchen and great room, brighten things up and make better use of the space overall. The result is warm and welcoming with a cohesive flow between rooms.
Construction Work Includes:
- Removed all wall paneling, carpeting and existing cabinets in kitchen and surrounding the fireplace
- Removed the wall between the kitchen and great room, installed a new beam and reframed a larger opening
- Kitchen features contemporary, custom-built maple cabinets, island with extended snack counter, quartz countertops, and ceramic tile backsplash
- New LVP flooring installed throughout
