April 2021 Remodel Project

For our April Remodel of the Month, the homeowner wanted to give her kitchen a contemporary upgrade and create a more open-concept between the kitchen and dining room. The finished result is beautifully on point and provides better flow and functionality between the kitchen and dining area.

• Removed all existing kitchen cabinetry
• Redesigned the kitchen and installed custom maple cabinetry with under-cabinet tape lights, granite countertops, Swanstone composite sink and tile backsplash
• Custom island with extended snack counter on two sides
• Repaired and refinished the existing hardwood flooring throughout the first floor
• All new painted six-panel interior doors, casings and base trim throughout the first floor
